Soooo, I'm starting this to inspire and push myself and hopefully help others along the way. I'm at the beginning and need the motivation to overcome this first hurdle. I seem to have run out of steam this past week. I have to be honest with myself. By the end of this month I would like to have lost at least 2 inches per thigh...is that too unrealistic? Any input would be appreciated, as I strive to be healthy and fit.
Tip, Tip, Tip: Apple Cider, Red Wine, and Rice Wine Vinegars all speed up the metabolism and act as appetite suppressants. Organic Apple Cider Vinegar is the best for you. I like to add a splash of one while cooking when possible, or use as dressing, or even dilute other dressings with it. Before dinner, make a salad and add Red Wine Vinegar and a bit of Olive Oil and you will find that you usually feel more fulfilled and eat more modestly.
