A Little Help Please...

Soooo, I'm starting this to inspire and push myself and hopefully help others along the way.  I'm at the beginning and need the motivation to overcome this first hurdle. I seem to have run out of steam this past week.  I have to be honest with myself.  By the end of this month I would like to have lost at least 2 inches per thigh...is that too unrealistic?  Any input would be appreciated, as I strive to be healthy and fit.

Tip, Tip, Tip: Apple Cider, Red Wine, and Rice Wine Vinegars all speed up the metabolism and act as appetite suppressants.  Organic Apple Cider Vinegar is the best for you.  I like to add a splash of one while cooking when possible, or use as dressing, or even dilute other dressings with it.  Before dinner, make a salad and add Red Wine Vinegar and a bit of Olive Oil and you will find that you usually feel more fulfilled and eat more modestly.  Anywhere it can be added is going to make a positive little change.  Just don't go overboard with it, as with anything
