Well since this is about healthy lifestyles and my working out improvements, i feel as though i have to put my stats up...uuggghhh. I am 5'2 and 108 pounds. I have tree trunk thighs but have maintained the same figure for over a year (lost about 10-15 lbs.) just by making a few little daily/weekly changes, which i will provide them, given that people do not overuse them, as they are in fact healthy and not "faddy or hoaky." I'm trying to slim these trees through various exercises that i am experimenting with, and am using this to keep track of my progress, and more importantly, keep me on track. Not to worry, recipes and tips will follow.
Tip of the Day : 1 entire banana is equivalent to enough fruit servings for the day...any more is extra sugar and carbs (sorry)
